Tour Overview
Kibeho Parish has been a global Since the Virgin Mary appeared on November 28, 1981, Roman Catholics have pilgrimaged there. Kibeho attracts Rwandan and foreign Catholic pilgrims. The place draws pilgrims who worship, seek spiritual direction, and consider the apparitions’ words. Pilgrimage usually includes Masses and prayer services. The Sanctuary of Our Lady of Kibeho was founded for prayer and meditation. The basilica, chapels, and outdoor spaces allow pilgrims to pray and meditate. The sanctuary has statues of the Blessed Virgin Mary and apparitions. Kibeho Church, where the faithful receive Holy Communion, is central. Pilgrims visit the place year-round, especially on Assumption Day (15 August) and the Virgin Mary’s apparition anniversary (28 November).
Visiting kibeho can teach visitors about the sacred land’s history and allow them to commune with God, depending on their beliefs..

Upon arrival at Kigali international airport, you will go through custom and immigration whereby our staff is ready warmly welcome you to the Land of a thousand hills that Rwanda is know of. Thereafter you will be transported to your booked hotel accommodation for dinner and overnight stay.
Today after taking your early morning breakfast, you will checkout of the hotel and drive to visit the Kigali genocide memorial grounds, which honors the memory of the more than one million Rwandans killed in 1994 Genocide against Tutsi. You will be able to watch and listen to some video clips from some of the survivors’ of the incident. Later after you will proceed with a drive to southern province with enroute lunch and head to Kibeho, the holy land.
Dinner and overnight at Regina Pacis Hotel.
Today after taking your early morning breakfast, you will checkout of the hotel and drive to visit the Kigali genocide memorial grounds, which honors the memory of the more than one million Rwandans killed in 1994 Genocide against Tutsi. You will be able to watch and listen to some video clips from some of the survivors’ of the incident. Later after you will proceed with a drive to southern province with enroute lunch and head to Kibeho, the holy land.

Today, after your warm morning breakfast, you will be picked by our safari driver guide drive to Kibeho for a brief tour of the place and pay the last visit to the sight before embarking on a transfer back to Kigali. On arrival in Butare, you will have lunch and visit the Butare cathedral, the oldest in the Country to learn from the history of the catholic church. Later continue with a transfer to Kigali, arrive in the later afternoon, spend the rest of the evening at your leisure
Today, after your warm morning breakfast, you will be picked by our safari driver guide have a brief city tour and do shopping before being transferred to the airport for the flight back home.
